Lance Dupont is a business student at the University of New Orleans and a native to Louisiana. Growing up only a few minutes from the city, Lance is familiar with the bayou waterways and has a great love for being on the water. He enjoys camping, kayaking, fishing, and the great Louisiana weather. Lance is enthusiastic about helping people enjoy the bayou and to show the great city of New Orleans in a different light!
Rhonda Ardoin, Founder & CEO
Rhonda attended UL Lafayette and moved to New Orleans in May of 2005 and is committed to reviving a long forgotten pastime of rowing and paddling in the city. She’s very passionate about teaching New Orleanians and visitors about the city’s best kept secret of amazing places to paddle.

Chris Brooks, Jack of All Trades Outdoor Guy aka Cajun
Having grown up in New Orleans, Chris is no stranger to boating. In 2011 he became interested in kayaking and has paddled rivers from Tennessee to Colorado. He is a paddling enthusiast who frequents the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Ponchartrain. Chris is always ready for an adventure and has a broad range of paddling experience including whitewater, open ocean, overnight camping, SUP, racing, and teaching lessons. He also doubles as our camera man.
Charlie, Crew & Customer Relations
Charlie is a 9 year old Golden Retriever Black Lab mix and he is in charge of Customer Relations here at the bayou. He specializes in fetching, greeting, and cleaning up the bayou. Charlie’s most happy when he is paddleboarding and swimming.
