LADIES NIGHT PADDLE 7-9 PM
The ladies night paddle will be open to ladies only, sorry fellas but sometimes we just wanna paddle with the girls. We started this ladies night paddle because we saw a need for women to meet other paddlers, especially if they have never paddled before but are interested in getting into paddling, just to take the intimidation out of trying something new. The ladies night paddles will happen once a month. At each paddle we will cover something new about paddling, such as intro to gear, kayaks, paddle boarding, how to safely load your gear, and how to tie it down properly. We will have drawings for paddle swag and welcome participants to give us feedback on what they would like to see and learn at these events as well. It is a good idea to come with enough time to get your own gear ready if you are bringing it. If you don't have your own gear, reserve in advance. Please keep in mind that there is a limit to available rentals. Clean restrooms, public parking, and a dock to launch will be available.
